Pricing:

Pricing – Website prices are quoted in Australian and Singapore Dollars – see catalogues under each artist gallery.

Delivery:

Otomys Art looks as good on the outside as it does on the inside!

Unframed Art orders are carefully wrapped and inserted into firm cardboard mailing tubes

  • Each Order is calculated separately – Please request a quote on the enquiry form and we’ll quote delivery to you

Insuring goods is a recommended extra, details are available upon request.

Framed Art is securely packaged in bubble wrap, cardboard casing and occasionally requires a wooden frame. Delivery costs for framed art are determined by weight, so each order is calculated separately. We have established competitive rates with a Local and International Art Courier Service.

Timing:

Upon full receipt of payment production of photographic work takes 5-7 days, framing approximately 3 – 4 weeks and delivery 5 – 10 days depending on your location.

Return Policy:

This depends on your reason for the return. We want you to be more than happy with your Otomys purchase, so if you are not completely satisfied please contact us at studio@otomys.com immediately and we will resolve this for you.

A refund will not apply to purchases that have been opened without a framer’s assistance or damaged after delivery. Any returns must be sent in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre- pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise that you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.

If we have failed to cover an area of concern please be in touch by email.

Damages:

We ensure that all work is securely packaged and labelled with handling instructions.

However we understand that beyond this point the work is out of our control. So, in the unlikely event that your work is damaged, contact us within 24 hours and send us a snapshot along with a clear description of the damage and how this occurred.  Once we have proof of the damage and clarified any further issues with you, we will try to replace the purchase as soon as possible.   In the case that the Limited Edition is sold out we will refund your purchase.

Unframed art work is fragile so to avoid any damage caused through personal handling we request that you take it to a framer to unwrap.

We recommend insurance cover for International orders, details available upon request.

Lost:

That is why we only post your purchase with a tracking service, so check the tracking number and if it says your purchase has already been delivered please check with your local post office. If the parcel is proven to be lost we will replace the purchase for you as soon as possible. If the Limited Edition is sold out we will refund the total cost of your purchase.

Color Discrepancy:

Screen colors can vary, so consider there may be a slight variation in color when you receive the work. If you are able to visit one of our showroom spaces, you will recognize the exceptional print quality and color saturation achieved by our archival printing methods.

Quality:

We use the highest quality archival cotton rag and Epson archival inks available in n the market. The papers we work with allow incredible saturation of the Epson archival inks. The Otomys combination of archival inks and paper gives your art a lifespan of 100 years. Otomys’ printers work directly with leading Galleries in Australia and Asia producing the finest possible finish. You can feel comfortable that you are purchasing Gallery standard Art.
