An 'Otomys' is a small mouse that has lived in Sub Saharan Africa for more than 2500 years. The African heritage, boutique character and sense of of longevity remain cornerstones of Otomys to this day.
Founded in 2010, Otomys is led by Directors Megan Dicks and Hannah Abbott, who continue to champion established and emerging artists.
With experience and dedication the Otomys team promotes up to 30 Australian and International artists working across a wide range of art mediums. The gallery exhibition schedule is dynamic and grounded in fascinating global and human narratives.
Alongside traditional exhibitions, Otomys hosts art events, art talks and artist’s book launches.
